Jenny Buckler—Personal Trainer
Jenny Buckler has been involved in fitness for the majority of her life beginning with studying ballet for 9 years and later getting involved in tennis, yoga and running. After 10 years in the Information Technology industry, Jenny decided to put forth her passion for fitness and start a new career when her son was born. She holds an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Personal Training certification with continuing coursework in Strength Ball Training, Core Training, and Women & Metabolism. Over the past 2 and 1/2 years Jenny has worked with clients of all ages and all physical capabilities. She specializes in customizing strength and conditioning programs that tailor to her client’s goals and objectives from a “core” level.
Jenny often incorporates strength ball training into her programs, using the medicine ball and stability ball for core strength, power and flexibility training, as well as using the BOSU for core training and balance. Jenny's ability to challenge and motivate her clients empowers them to surpass their goals and achieve great results with their program. Jenny's energy and positive personality will keep her clients smiling and motivated, and most of all, will help to make fitness fun for them.
Danielle Rickard—Personal Trainer
Danielle Rickard has been in the personal training business since 1991. She has experience with a wide range of individuals, all with a special need or goal. Her areas of interest include weight management, women’s health issues, older populations, special populations (osteoporosis, diabetes, etc) and sports conditioning. She has always been a strong proponent of self health and wellness, and of educating those around her. There must be a balance between exercise and nutrition in wellness programs in order to combat obesity, diabetes, osteoporosis and other ailments. She believes that transforming a body into better shape and creating a healthier body takes a commitment to make a lifestyle change. That means a change you can live with. Her goal is to help others successfully make that change.
