We are proud to offer post rehab training to our clients.
What sets the Elite PLUS Post Rehab Program apart from the average personal trainer is the clinical knowledge, specialized training and experience of our staff. Our staff is trained and knowledgeable in anatomy and physiology, medical conditions that affect the spine, upper and lower extremities as well as chronic diseases, cardiovascular and neurological conditions.
Post rehab is a specialized program designed for clients who need extra guidance in transitioning from post-injury medical care back to their regular conditioning program. Even if allowed to resume normal activity, you may not feel ready to jump back into your old exercise routine after recovering from an injury. That is where we can help. Our specialized focus allows us to transition you from being well to being functional again.
Elites’ Post rehab program is also created for those who need an overall specialized conditioning program. Our post rehab specialists will perform health screenings and assess for residual functional deficits that persist in your area of need. We will develop an individualized conditioning program that will allow you to heal faster and become stronger, healthier, more functional and enjoy a higher quality of life. If you have a chronic condition or disease, we'll help you become as strong and conditioned as your physical limitations allow.
This program does not provide any aspect of medical treatment but instead intends to "bridge the gap" between health care and fitness.
How Does Post Rehab Work?
Most post rehab clients come to us with a referral that indicates their condition, requested services and expectations. Others come to us with lifelong diseases or disabilities. Still others have old healed injuries that have left them with muscular imbalances, deficiencies or weaknesses that have lasting discomfort and compensation over time. Clients will be screened to ensure their safety and our programs' integrity. With your help we will establish short and long term goals, and then our experienced staff will design an individualized program to help you achieve those goals.
Below is a list of some common conditions with which our experienced staff have helped clients to transition. Please contact us if your condition is not listed, as not all are listed.
